The fabric is a rugged 15.5oz denim woven on vintage Toyoda shuttle looms. The warp yarns are heavily slubbed for pronounced texture, while the weft incorporates nep yarns spun from recycled cotton. This combination creates a denim that develops bold vertical fades and a one-of-a-kind aging process. Low-tension weaving gives the fabric a rough, tactile quality and depth of character.

Rope-dyed with 100% pure indigo, the yarn cores remain undyed, allowing for high-contrast fades as the denim wears in.
